Deck cleaning, driveway, steps. and porch in Suffolk Va

This client in Suffolk Va requested a deck cleaning, driveway, sidewalks, front porch and steps. A heavy treatment of SH was applied to the deck first to allow as much dwell time as possible. Next all other surfaces were treated and the driveway was surface cleaned and prepared for a second treatment with SH. Driveway and sidewalks completed we tackled the front porch and steps rinsing everything again to remove waste water. Finally we moved to the wood deck cleaning project. We easily removed a thick layer of algea with no damage to the 5/4 boards. Proper application of chemicals on different surfaces as well as allowing it enough time to react with the organic staining ensures a great result.
