The Woodley family contacted us requesting a house washing, driveway cleaning, sidewalks, patio and shed. During the estimate meeting we established the house was 50 years old, never been pressure washed and had severe rust stains from the irrigation system. We starting with a thorough house wash and pretreatment of all concrete surfaces. The gutters were particularly stained and required multiple treatments throughout the house wash to ensure the best result. Next we focused on the driveway, sidewalks and patio. Using a surface cleaning machine we preformed an initial wash to remove all organic staining and debris followed by a second pass ensuring no streaking in the final product. To address the rust stains we applied 5 gallons of rust stain remover to all the concrete surfaces with a second coat in some areas.
