House wash, patio wash, sidewalk wash in Broad Bay Virginia Beach Va

Opon meeting with the client the scope of work included a house wash, entrance sidewalk, steps and rear patio wash. Starting with the rear patio we removed all potted plants to a safe location and treated the area with sodium hypachlorite. Using a turbo nozzle we cleaned all the pavers and the brick and grout border. After a good rinse we began cleaning the house paying special attention to the algea on the dormer facia. Although this home was not especially dirty it was the perfect time to address problem areas and prevent further organic growth. Moving to the east and north side we removed several wasp nest and focused on removing all the organic staining near the windows, facia and roof lines. We also take constant precautions not to effect the adjacent plants by pre and post watering during the house wash process. Finally we treated and cleaned the front porch, steps and sidewalk. A final rinse and quick meeting with the homeowner established we had exceeded all expectations.
