Professional house washing, deck cleaning and patio cleaning in Bay Colony Virginia Beach Va.

This project was a quote request for a house washing that also included a deck cleaning, patio cleaning and a large canvas awning above the deck. First we tackled the front of the house by treating the white vinyl siding with sodium hypachlorite to kill the algea. This process keeps us from using high pressure on the siding which can cause damage. 10 minutes later all the organic staining rinses off completely using a softwash method. We constantly water all the surrounding plants and grass to prevent any damage as well. As we move towards the back of the house we thoroughly clean the facia, soffit, gutters, windows and walls. Next we cleaned the large canvas awning and the deck surface, rails, steps and furniture. Using the surface cleaner the paver patio area was cleaned and rinsed. The homeowner was involved and very helpful during this project. A final inspection of all areas and these great clients in Virginia Beach could not be happier.
