Vinyl siding wash in Suffolk VA as required by HOA

This great customer in Suffolk VA submitted a quote request for a complete house wash and front porch/steps. We started the project by identifying the areas with the most organic staining. The north facing gable wall and the garage door were two areas that would need additional attention and chemical treatments to ensure the best result. The house wash began by applying chemical using a softwash method and a downstream injector. We addressed stubborn areas with higher concentration solution and rinsed the plants and yard to prevent damage from overspray. A thorough rinse from the facia to the foundation revealed a completely clean white vinyl sided house. Finally we focused on front steps and porch with a turbo nozzle removing all dirt from bricks, mortor and concrete. A quick inspection with the customer and it was confirmed another quality house washing project was completed by Drum Creek Wash Company.
